General Manager Requirements & Qualifications :

2-3 years of Restaurant General Manager experience with full-service independent restaurant concepts
Sales volume of $6 Million+
Proven leadership experience with teams of over 40 people to ensure team stability and growth
Full P&L ownership
Passion for hospitality and exceeding the guest's expectations
Experience with Open Table, Aloha, HotSchedules
