Senior Vice President, Sales
The Senior Vice President, Sales will lead our agent channel and national accounts. You're responsible for building and managing a successful network of agents to drive sales and revenue growth for our auto warranty products. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans, providing training and support to agents, monitoring performance, and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve sales targets. The role will organize resources and activities to support internal and external goals and direct organizational performance.
Your Day to Day
- Developing and implementing a strategic plan to identify, recruit, and onboard new agents to expand our sales network.
- Building strong relationships with key agents and industry partners to enhance the company's reputation and drive long-term success.
- Providing ongoing training, support, and guidance to agents to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell our products and meet sales targets.
- Monitoring agent performance and implementing corrective actions as needed to drive performance improvements.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and goals for the agent channel.
- Staying informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Organizing resources and activities to support internal and external goals and direct organizational performance.
- Leading the agent channel to achieve organizational goals.

What You Have
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred.Proven track record of success in building and managing a high-performing sales team, preferably in the auto warranty or insurance industry.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and drive results.Must have at least 10 years of automotive experience, including retail upper leadership experience.We Offer
