Job Description
Lead and supervise field operations, subcontractors, and crews to maintain project quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Interpret and apply project plans and specifications, identifying potential issues and collaborating with project managers for solutions.
Oversee daily reports, safety meetings, submittals, and jobsite documentation.
Drive project scheduling, including three-week look-ahead updates, subcontractor coordination, and progress tracking.
Manage project startup, closeout, and punch list processes, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, architects, and owners, while mentoring junior superintendents.

The Successful Applicant
At least 2+ years of construction industry experience as a Lead Superintendent.
Proven success leading projects valued at $5M+ across at least two market sectors (e.g., healthcare, education, retail, residential, federal).
Experience with at least two structural systems (steel, wood framing, concrete, or cold-formed metal framing).
Strong scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management skills.
Proficient in blueprint reading, MS Office Suite, and jobsite technology.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities.
