Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our Finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting career in a dynamic and tech-driven environment. You will assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable / receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
• Assist in managing Finance internal and vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor accounts
• Allocate corporate credit card transactions and reconcile credit card statements
• Assist in reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial data needs
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned
