Catering Director Responsibilities :
- Develops and implements operational standards for the location.
- Monitors daily operations for the dining hall or retail venue.
- Responsible for the coaching, counseling, and progressive discipline of associates in the department.
- Ensures that department employees are trained in and follow standard procedures for food safety and sanitation and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Interact with the Food Service Director and Executive Chef in planning menus for the dining hall or retail venue.
Catering Director Qualifications :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HospitalityMinimum of two years of experience in a similar role in Contract Food ServiceOutstanding professionalism and communicationA desire to learn and grow with our brandCatering Director Compensation :
