Job Description

Our client is hiring a Catering Director to work alongside the Food Service Director. If you are looking to join a company with unlimited growth and outstanding culture, this is for you!

Catering Director Responsibilities :

  • Develops and implements operational standards for the location.
  • Monitors daily operations for the dining hall or retail venue.
  • Responsible for the coaching, counseling, and progressive discipline of associates in the department.
  • Ensures that department employees are trained in and follow standard procedures for food safety and sanitation and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Interact with the Food Service Director and Executive Chef in planning menus for the dining hall or retail venue.

Catering Director Qualifications :

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role in Contract Food Service
  • Outstanding professionalism and communication
  • A desire to learn and grow with our brand
