Overview Email Marketing Designer role at FlowCandy .

We're looking for an Email Designer to join our team with availability from 9am-5pm EST. You will be responsible for designing high quality email campaigns, email flows, landing pages and popups for our clients. You will work day-to-day in one of our squads and interact with various members of our fulfillment team (e.g., project managers, copywriters, and developers) to ensure high quality designs get deployed for our clients. This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities Design high quality email campaigns, email flows, landing pages and popups for clients.

Collaborate with team members across fulfillment (project managers, copywriters, developers) to ensure designs are deployed effectively.

Adapt and calibrate designs for various clients across different industries.

Join daily standup calls and weekly squad tactical calls to maintain alignment.

Qualifications Strong understanding of Figma and Zeplin; experience with Figma advanced techniques (autolayout, framing).

Experience designing emails; knowledge of animation / design in After Effects is a plus.

Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools is highly preferred.

Background in digital marketing, email marketing or eCommerce.

Detail oriented with a commitment to excellence and high design standards.

Adaptable, innovative, and capable of independent problem solving.

Strong communicator and able to work effectively in a remote team; good time management.

3+ years as an email designer with a wide portfolio.

Comfortable with Google Apps and Slack; strong understanding of Zeplin.
