Income Partner - Litigation

Overview

We are seeking a highly-skilled litigation attorney to join our Los Angeles, California office as an Income Partner . Our dynamic Litigation Group is known for its comprehensive approach to handling matters related to complex insurance claims analysis and representing clients in high-stakes litigation cases.

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional legal services. The candidate does not need to have a book of business. This position is hybrid in our Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets.
• Conducting and defending depositions, and arguing dispositive motions.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
• Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
• Assisting with marketing and business development efforts to drive firm growth and strengthen client relationships.
• Supervising associate attorneys and collaborating with paralegals and legal staff.
