Job Title : Certified Medical Assistant

Client : Penn Medicine

Unit : Penn Care – Bucks County

Location : 777 Township Line Road, Suite 200, Yardley, PA 19067

Duration : 20 Weeks (Temp to Perm)

Schedule :

Shifts vary between 7 : 00 AM – 8 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday (examples : 7a-3 : 30p, 7 : 30a-4p, 8a-4 : 30p, 8 : 30a-5p, 9a-5 : 30p, 11a-7 : 30p, 12p-8 : 30p)

One evening shift per week required

Saturday rotation approximately 1 Saturday every 5-8 weeks (8 : 30 AM – 12 : 30 PM)

Position Overview :

The Certified Medical Assistant supports physicians and the practice manager in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include patient preparation, interviewing, performing technical tasks, and communicating with patients and families to enhance patient satisfaction and meet operational goals.

Qualifications :

Medical Assistant Certification required

BLS certification from the American Heart Association required

COVID-19 vaccination card required

Minimum of 2 professional references

Preferred Skills :

Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system is preferred

Strong attributes include accountability, energy, compassion, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness

Additional Information :

Candidates must live within a 30-minute commute; travelers will not be considered.

Interview to be conducted in person at the practice location.

Includes 4-hour virtual EMR training every Friday.
