Key Responsibilities
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under guidance
Build applicant pipelines and maintain relationships with community representatives and educational institutions
Manage candidate experience and develop strategic communication with hiring managers
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
College coursework up to a Bachelor's degree preferred
Industry certification(s) from recognized institutions preferred
