We’re looking to hire a PPC Specialist for a growing performance marketing team . You’ll join the Digital Marketing team to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a Fulltime opportunity. The role is located in Los Angeles, CA and is fully on-site .

PPC Specialist Responsibilities :

Set up, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Conduct keyword research, write engaging ad copy, and align creative with optimized landing pages to drive conversions.
Track lead flow, monitor lead quality, and prepare performance reports to inform campaign optimizations.

PPC Specialist Requirements :

1–3 years of hands-on experience managing or assisting with Google Ads campaigns.

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel).

Familiarity with landing page testing tools (Unbounce, VWO, etc.) and CRM tracking.
