Preferences :
Strongly prefer someone with good soft skills. These skills are more difficult to teach than technical skills. I can look past some technical deficiencies if they have strong interpersonal skills.
Prefer someone with experience in medium-sized businesses and smaller security teams. They should be able to work on multiple tools and disciplines. Sometimes when someone is with a larger company and large security team they get focused only on one area which is optimal for our environment / team.
We are heavily invested in the Crowdstrike platform. Someone with experience there would be a plus
Strongly Prefer someone who has some history of working in other IT disciplines in the past (Helpdesk, server administration, networking, development, etc). I would be open to someone trying to break into security from another IT discipline if they have a good personality and work ethic. Assuming they aren't looking for the pay of a security veteran.
Salary range : 80k-110k
