We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s Member Support team. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for members and prospective members, ensuring an exceptional service experience through phone, email, and in-person communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others while supporting membership operations and engagement initiatives.
