Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of brand initiatives that align with strategic goals and measure impact
Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Monitor program performance and recommend optimizations based on data analysis
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in project management, preferably in hospitality
Proven experience in leading hospitality initiatives that enhance performance and guest satisfaction
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
PMP certification or formal training in brand strategy or operations leadership is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital project management tools
