Now Hiring : Sanitation Position | Join Our Food Manufacturing Team - Sparks, NV

Starting Pay : $19.20 / hour + $1.00 / hour Attendance Bonus

Looking for a stable opportunity with long-term growth potential? We're hiring reliable, experienced individuals to join the Sanitation Department at a food processing facility in Sparks, NV . This is a temp-to-hire role with consistent hours, advancement opportunities, and a strong team environment.

Position Overview

As part of the sanitation team, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across the production area. Key responsibilities include :

  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, machinery, and food production areas
  • Following detailed food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Supporting production by maintaining a clean, safe workspace

Schedule & Pay

6 : 30 AM - 3 : 00 PM

  • 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM
  • Days : Monday through Saturday
  • Pay : $19.20 / hour + $1.00 / hour perfect attendance bonus
  • Mandatory Overtime : Must be available to work overtime as needed

    • What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Strong understanding of sanitation and safety practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Must be reliable and able to work a consistent schedule, including mandatory overtime
