Welding Laborer– Bettendorf, IA $21 / HR

Job Overview :

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team in Bettendorf, IA! This role is perfect for candidates with experience in assembly, manufacturing, or metal fabrication who are eager to grow into a skilled trade. You’ll perform mechanical assembly tasks using various tools and materials, with opportunities to advance into welding, machining, or material handling.

Key Responsibilities :

• Use hand and power tools (socket wrenches, impact drills, screwdrivers, mallet hammers)
• Install nuts, bolts, and pins securely
• Place metal materials inside tubes for auger blade wrapping
• Perform torch cutting and grinder operations
• Follow assembly directions and ensure quality workmanship

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr.
