Job Title : CNC Programmer and Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level CNC Programmer and Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will program CNC machines using MasterCam, set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, and ensure the production of complex parts and assemblies from materials such as titanium, tungsten, and copper.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using MasterCam for complex parts and assemblies.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to machine components from titanium, tungsten, and copper.
• Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling based on material properties and job requirements.
• Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform in-process inspections and final quality checks using precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain equipment and tooling in good working condition.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Document setups, programs, and best practices for repeatability and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 / hr.
