Key Responsibilities
Research targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information
Execute outbound prospecting through various channels, including cold calls and email sequences
Maintain data quality in the CRM and document BDR processes for future hires
Required Qualifications
Proven sales experience, ideally with 1+ years in B2B or B2C prospecting or closing
Experience in door-to-door sales or similar environments is a plus
Comfort with cold calling and a track record of exceeding targets
Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a startup environment
Curiosity and a willingness to learn from failures and adapt strategies
