PersonalizationMall.com is seeking Seasonal Customer Relations Specialists to join our team in our call center in Bolingbrook, Illinois. The Customer Service Team assists customers with phone and email orders, answers questions, and processes returns and exchanges. This assignment will start with a two week training class (paid) and last through the end of our busy Peak season in December. We have morning and evening shifts available and will offer a shift differential for the later shifts.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides information about products, services, account information, and order-status, takes orders, addresses questions or concerns, and maintains customer profiles
- Resolves service or billing issues by exchanging merchandise, refunding payment and adjusting bills accordingly
- Makes a record of all customer interactions and transactions by recording details of inquiries as well as the action taken to resolve the matter
- Contacts customers in response to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any order adjustments and performs address verification (AVS) as warranted
- Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation
- Confirms that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer concerns
Required Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience working with customers (preferably a call center)Associate Degree preferred or High School Diploma or equivalent with call center experience will be consideredMust possess strong listening skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to interact effectively and tactfully with customers in a customer-focused call centerExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitudeMust be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentMust have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and general computer skillsMust be able to work any eight (8) hour shift including one (1) weekend dayMust be able to work overtime, if neededBilingual Spanish is a plusExperience with online shopping a plusEducation : Associate Degree preferred or High School Diploma or equivalent with call center experience will be considered.
Experience : Two (2) years of experience working with customers. (Preferably a call center)
The expected salary range for this position is $17.00-$18.00 hourly. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
