What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of service projects from client request through completion
• Estimate, schedule, and manage multiple projects across all phases
• Serve as a trusted client partner, delivering the same BCCI quality as our large-scale builds
• Work side-by-side with field teams to ensure projects run smoothly and safely
• Collaborate with Business Development to support new client opportunities
• Coach and mentor junior staff, helping them gain valuable project experience
• Look for smarter, faster ways to improve processes and project delivery
