Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a  Warehouse Manager

Overview :

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading all warehouse operations, including materials receiving, shipping, storage, kitting, and line-side replenishment within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role is critical for driving continuous improvement, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining the flow of materials to support production goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Guide, develop, and manage a team of supervisors, planners, team leaders, and material handlers.
  • Oversee all warehouse activities, including loading / unloading, inventory control, and material handling.
  • Ensure proper warehousing practices, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and efficient material flow to production lines.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through precise reporting of receipts, production usage, and scrap.
  • Coordinate material flow processes such as kitting, line-side replenishment, and route optimization.
  • Monitor the scheduling of incoming materials and the performance of suppliers and carriers.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department.
  • Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives (e.g., Kanban, visual management systems).
  • Enforce strict compliance with company policies and all safety regulations, including OSHA standards.

Requirements : Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) is required.
  • Experiences :

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an  automotive industry environment is mandatory.
  • Proven experience with material flow, warehouse design, and inventory management.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP system is required.
  • Other :

  • Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and time management skills.
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

  • Compensation and Benefits :

    Salary :

  • $100,000 - $110,000 Per Year
  • Benefits :
