Job Summary

The Analyst 2, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for supporting the administration and analysis of sales compensation programs and broader financial planning activities. This role serves as a subject matter expert on sales compensation plans, policies, systems, and operational processes. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Administer daily and monthly compensation processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Validate compensation transactions for compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Investigate and resolve compensation‑related disputes in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with regional field offices and headquarters to maintain smooth compensation operations.
• Support core financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Conduct financial research and produce statistical and analytical reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor and identify emerging financial trends to support business planning.
• Perform additional business operations tasks as needed to support departmental goals.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
