Compensation : $75,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience), with a sign-on bonus

This position will be in the MONTGOMERY location.

Hours / Benefits :

This position would be working at any of our three offices (Spring, Woodlands or Montgomery). Monday-Friday 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM, Saturdays from 8 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PM, MUST BE FLEXIBLE, shifts can vary from 8-5, 9-6, 10-7. Shifts could be 4 week days and Saturday, with 1 day off during the week. 40 hours per week. Incentive Program Offered!

Essential Duties :

• Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent physical dysfunction in patients
• Focus on the evaluation of strength, balance, range of motion, coordination, endurance, and posture of each patient
• Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit
• Provides and / or recommends equipment or supplies for home use and gives instruction of an “in-home” treatment program to facilitate rehabilitation to promote independence of care
• Confers and communicates with referring physicians and other appropriate personnel through the use of progress notes, letters, evaluations, meetings, and direct contact concerning the proposed course, progress, and discharge plan of each patient
