Make a difference as a Commercial REal Estate Sales Associate

As a Full-Time CRE Sales Associate at Price Edwards & Company, your responsibilities will include sourcing new business opportunities and building a pipeline of clients and properties. Your role will involve facilitating property and market tours and actively participating in client meetings and presentations. You will prepare and present marketing materials, including flyers, packages and emails, while also negotiating letters of intent, term sheets, contracts, and leases. You'll conduct market research and financial analysis to support informed decision-making for clients and cultivate strong relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and industry professionals. Additionally, you'll create innovative marketing strategies for listings, ensuring a strong social media presence that highlights market trends and competitive properties.

Would you be a great Commercial Real estate Sales Associate?

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

  • 1-5 years of commercial real estate experience preferred.
  • Track record of closing deals representing both landlords / tenants and / or sellers / buyers.
  • Oklahoma Real Estate License (or willing to obtain license w / in 30 days of starting).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated mindset with a drive to exceed goals.
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate vernacular.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Email Blasts, CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi and other industry tools preferred.
