Sustainable Talent is seeking a driven and experienced Sr. Recruiter to support one of our valued clients in Marshall, MI. This extended contract role will focus on high-volume hiring for skilled trades and hourly manufacturing positions. You'll partner with hiring managers, engage directly with the community, and support event-based recruiting initiatives to attract top talent. The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades, thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to build relationshipsboth in the plant and in the community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to assess workforce needs and execute targeted recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Drive high-volume hiring by building top-of-funnel pipelines through job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and community partnerships.
• Support and execute event-based recruiting activitiesjob fairs, community events, and on-site hiring daysincluding logistics, set-up, and candidate engagement.
• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
• Track candidates and requisitions through ATS / CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and efficient workflows.
• Deliver regular updates and hiring metrics to stakeholders and recruitment leads.
• Leverage ADP systems to support recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.
• Stay current on labor market trends and best practices for skilled trades and manufacturing recruiting.
