To qualify, you'll need to be tech-savvy, have access to the internet, and have a speed test showing acceptable mbps upload / download speeds. LifeServe is hiring Donor Recruitment Specialists to work remote / work from home, or to join the in-office team.

Primary Responsibilities of this Position Include :

• Perform telephone recruitment to schedule appointments with our generous volunteer blood donors.
• Update donor information or schedules and maintain confidentiality.
• Convey the big picture of saving lives to everyone.
• Meet appointments and calls per hour to attain collection goals.
