job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCurrent Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License . Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing (sales experience a plus!). Boiler servicing experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record . Team player : humble, hungry, and smart. Strong desire to help people by installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. Install, service, repair, and offer replacement options for plumbing systems and components. Provide clients with 3–6 solution options to improve health, comfort, safety, and convenience. Maintain professionalism in clients’ homes : wear floor savers, keep work areas clean, and test all work thoroughly. Clearly explain completed work and ensure 100% customer satisfaction . Follow all safety protocols, including safe driving and use of proper tools / equipment. Complete required paperwork (work orders, option sheets, pictures, purchase orders, timecards, etc.). Attend company training sessions and skill practice meetings. Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and service managers. Maintain and stock company vehicle according to policy, ensuring a clean and professional appearance. Promote the company by asking for reviews and referrals.
