Skills : Strong communication and customer service skills, basic proficiency in social media platforms, and experience with lead tracking tools is a plus. Key Responsibilities
Retail Center Lead Duties :
- Retail Operations : Open and close the retail center, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and ready to serve customers each day.
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product questions and water services, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, report low inventory, and help manage orders and restocking.
