• Manage and lead a dedicated team of nurses and support staff.\n
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.\n
• Oversee daily unit operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.\n
• Conduct regular assessments to uphold quality care standards.\n
• Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to the nursing staff.\n

• Valid RN nursing license in the state.\n
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.\n
• Prior experience in a leadership role within a Long-Term Care setting preferred.\n
