IT Manager
We’re seeking an experienced IT Manager who has the technological skills to make us even more efficient. This person will analyze current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades, and provide training. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of network maintenance, experience as a manager, and advanced industry knowledge to keep us on the cutting edge. The IT manager will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our operations and a long-term impact on our overall growth.
This position requires excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and the ability to perform duties effectively.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardwareTake responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiativeResearch and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and softwareTrack and maintain hardware and software inventoryAnalyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisionsEnsure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutionsAnalyze processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvementPrepare cost–benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary, and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best-possible service and value for business needsTrain employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when neededDevelop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backupsOwn the day-to-day administration and assist the IT head with the strategic development of our entire IT infrastructureDeliver responsive and high-quality 1st and 2nd-level end-user support, resolving issues within SLA timelinesEnsure operational continuity across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environmentsManage mobile and desktop devices with our MDM-SolutionsMaintain and enhance network performance and security, including coordination with external vendorsLead and contribute to IT projects, especially around cloud infrastructure, operations optimization, and security complianceProvide IT onboarding, user training, and ongoing education initiativesOversee IT asset management, procurement, and vendor relationsSupport SAP end-users and ensure smooth integration between IT and business systemsCollaborate across departments to align IT solutions with business needsEvaluate and roll out enterprise software platforms as requiredDevelop policies and procedures for IT departmentTravel to other Microvast locations for infrastructure support or project delivery as neededRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field7+ years of broad IT administration experience (network, systems, support, cloud, etc.)Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, and Windows ServerProven expertise in SAP and S / 4HANAStrong skills in endpoint management (Intune, Endpoint Central) and networking (firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP)Experience in vendor and contract managementExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureEffective communication in English, both written and verbalDeep knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (ex : Microsoft Exchange, SAP), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoringExpertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutionsStrong creative and analytical thinkingDemonstrated “roll up your sleeves” approachResilient, adaptable, and solution-oriented with the agility to support a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentMaintain confidentiality and security of sensitive informationWilling to work hours that accommodate a global company and supporting an executive teamDesired Experience (Minimum 5 years of experience) :

Annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
