Summary

The Associate Advisor provides internal support to our Financial Advisors as part of a centralized planning team to provide ongoing service and advice to our on-plan asset management clients. This position requires in office work in the Indianapolis office.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Shadows Financial Advisor future and existing client appointments to gain valuable training.
  • Creates and helps implement financial plans for existing clients.
  • Performs various tasks and research relating to casework for our clients.
  • Assists with future and existing client communication.
  • Shadows various departments of Allworth Financial to obtain knowledge of how our business model functions.
  • Attends company events, including workshops and seminars.
  • Takes appropriate steps to obtain the CFP designation.

Qualifications

  • BS / BA in Business Finance, Economics, or related field
  • In pursuit of CFP designation
  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrates ability to learn related financial and office programs and systems
