Role Description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a full-time, hybrid role. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations of our properties. This includes supervising 10+ maintenance staff, conducting equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall functionality and safety of the properties. While the role is primarily located in Los Angeles, there is flexibility for some remote work.

• 3+ Years Supervisory Experience in property management maintenance
