With over 40 primary care locations across Northern Virginia, we offer flexible Part-Time and Full-Time positions in the following counties and service areas :

  • Arlington County
  • Fairfax County
  • Loudoun County
  • Prince William County
  • Alexandria City, Fairfax City, Falls Church City, Manassas City & Manassas Park City

    • Primary Care Physician Job Responsibilities :

  • Provides safe and effective care to ambulatory patients.
  • Teamwork / Coordination of Care : Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others. Exhibits respect for and understanding of other clinical disciplines and uses an integrated approach to achieve desired patient outcomes. Evidence-Based
  • Practice / Learning : Uses evidence-based standards, guidelines, and protocols to the delivery of patient care. Incorporates new information and approaches, when appropriate, to continuously improve patient care and practice.
  • Professionalism / Professional Development : Ensures ongoing growth and development of clinical skills and knowledge by assuming responsibility for lifelong learning. Provides direction and guidance to others regarding practice, also serves as a resource and mentor. Demonstrates leadership skills through participation in program development.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Education : Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience : Prior experience required.
  • Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start
  • Licensure : Unrestricted VA Medical License or ability to obtain
  • Payor Credentialing : Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third-party payors and Ability to enrolled as a CMS Medicare / Medicaid payor
  • Medical Staff Credentialing : Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Primary Care

    • Positions available for Full Time / Part Time / PRN and various facilities. You can be considered for any position in the following counties / service areas in Northern Virginia :

  • Arlington County
  • Fairfax County
  • Loudoun County
  • Prince William County
  • Alexandria City, Fairfax City, Falls Church City, Manassas City & Manassas Park City
