The Boeing Company is currently seeking a F / A-18, T-45, MQ-25 Systems Engineer Lead to support Boeing Global Services in Hazelwood, Missouri .

Responsibilities range from requirements definition, system architecture development, and systems integration. Work will be conducted by engaging with various subject matter experts throughout the entire development and operational lifecycle, from requirements analysis, design and integration through verification and delivery activities.

Position Responsibilities :

• Ensure an integrated systems engineering approach through development of systems design and interfaces, requirements analysis and definition, systems integration, end user interaction, unit testing, and validation / verification
• Generate and manage system requirements and performance specifications with full traceability
• Oversees the technical baseline, including configuration management, technical performance measures, and Risk Identification and Opportunity (RIO) assessments. Foster a culture of proactive technical oversight and continuous improvement. Conduct System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and Critical Design Review (CDR)
• Work closely with cross functional Agile teams in an integrated team environment to foster creativity, achieve program objectives, and build customer trust
• Conduct analysis, perform trade studies, and develop technical recommendations
• Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills by driving emerging issues to prompt resolution. Elevate concerns to management and program leadership as necessary. Investigate Problem Reports in partnership with Mission Systems to ensure a quality deliverable
• Mentor early career systems engineers

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range : $119,850- $162,150
