What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to situations as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and site protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.Work closely with site management and Allied Universal supervisors to communicate any incidents, escalations, or client requests.Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entrances and exits, and verifying credentials as required by site protocol.Support emergency response efforts by following established procedures for fire alarms, medical emergencies, and / or other incidents.Document all activities and incidents in logs or reports as required by Allied Universal and client policies.What We're Looking For :
