Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Partner with local management team to ensure clear understanding of financial results and goals and lead action planning when necessary
• Complete daily sales reporting and ensure settlement and balancing of credit card transactions
• Complete weekly financial forecast for the next 90 days
• Manage monthly financial close of the general ledger including but not limited to revenue reporting, journal entries and accruals
• Complete monthly financial packet per our contractual agreement including processing of wire payments
• Work closely with partner finance team where applicable
• Manage Accounts Receivable process including but not limited to processing payments / refunds, applying payments and processing invoice adjustments
• Manage the annual budget process
• Ensure accuracy and collection of sales tax on all sales
• Ensure appropriate retention and management of documents
• Support any annual external audit needs
• Ad hoc analysis as needed
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
