Lead Plumber

The Lead Plumber assures proper maintenance and operation of all property utilities and emergency systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise department operation. Including preventive maintenance programs, daily repairs and safety programs.
• Requisition parts and material as required.
• Supervise / Coordinate daily operations, construction and improvement projects with other departments. Supervise department personnel.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

Education and / or Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Must have at least a minimum of 2 years related experience and / or training Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Language Skills Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Computer Skills Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
