This is a full-time position with the hours of Monday - Friday from 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm

Job Description :
The person for this role will perform general clerical and receptionist duties with a positive attitude. This role will require telephone and in-person communication skills and customer service!
Essential Duties and Responsibilites :
Answers all incoming calls and screens them, receives, screens and relays telephone calls and places outgoing calls.Greets all visitors, screens their purpose in visiting and refers them to the proper person or area.Types all letters, forms, correspondences, etc. for director and staff.Keeps adequate filing system.Handles all mail - incoming / outgoing (delivers and picks mail up from post office, sorts and distributes).Assists individuals, staff, and parents as needed.Assists other areas (ICF, SLP II, CTH II, EI, etc.) as needed with clerical duties.Checks reports, purchase orders, invoices, absentee reports, copier usage, etc.Operates copier and other office equipment and maintains them in good repair.Collects money and / or other necessary fees from individuals and staff, and provides an accurate accounting, as well as makes weekly vending deposits.Keeps inventory on all office supplies and orders supplies from various vendors.Monitors checkbooks and in-house accounts for ICF individuals on a quarterly basis.Reconciles bank statements with checkbooks for SLP II and CTH II on a monthly basis.Keeps up with inspections that are due in residencies and day programs and requests when needed.Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma, GED, or ability to pass a competency testValid SC Driver's LicensePreferred Qualifications :
