No experience needed we will train you! After a 2-week paid training period, you'll be eligible for commission and performance bonuses.

What You'll Do :

• Work with experienced crews to perform pressure washing and window cleaning on residential & commercial properties
• Use professional equipment we'll teach you everything you need to know
• Get paid to be active, work outdoors, and learn valuable skills
• Deliver great service to customers and represent Shine with professionalism
• Help keep equipment and trucks in top shape
• Opportunity to move into leadership roles if you stay long-term
