job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide comprehensive outpatient care for a diverse patient population Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic conditions Participate in quality improvement programs and internal audits Ensure accurate CPT coding and compliance with clinical standards Maintain timely documentation aligned with HIPAA and internal policies Complete CME activities and maintain all licensure and certifications M.D. with board certification (or eligibility) in Internal Medicine Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license and DEA registration At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred Credentialed or eligible for credentialing with affiliated hospitals Eligible to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance panels Strong commitment to community-focused care, collaboration, and excellence
