Information Analyst III

A company is looking for an Information Analyst III, Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities

Extract and analyze data to provide solutions that enhance revenue, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance

Design, develop, and maintain data reports and analyses from complex ad hoc requests

Lead work teams, mentor junior analysts, and implement process improvements across departments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Health Care Administration, or a related field, or four years of relevant work experience

Five years of experience in a data analytics and / or reporting role

Three years of experience in a healthcare discipline

Proficiency in MS SQL, SAS, Hadoop, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI

Experience in financial and budget analysis, including staffing cost modeling
