Summary :

We are a well-established, highly profitable regional CPA firm seeking a Tax Senior to join our growing team. This role focuses on R&D tax credit services within our Specialty Tax Services group. Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, direct, and complete R&D tax credit projects while managing budgets and timelines.
• Deliver R&D Tax Credit services including tax form preparation and review, tax research, preparation of technical memorandums, and drafting client correspondence.
• Prepare and review R&D tax credit calculations and conduct technical interviews with clients.
• Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities.
• Support tax planning, consulting, and compliance services across diverse industry groups.
• Develop and supervise staff, assist in client management, and contribute to practice development activities.
