Manufacturing Readiness : Design and implement technical training programs that prepare employees for safe and effective performance in manufacturing environments. Program Development : Lead the creation of standardized, role-specific training modules for EHSS topics, including ergonomics, chemical safety, machine safety, and emergency response. Digital Learning & Innovation : Develop engaging digital learning content using eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and integrate multimedia, simulations, and assessments. Training Delivery : Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across shifts and locations, adapting delivery methods to meet diverse learner needs.
EHS Engineer
Minimum 5 Years experience as an EHS Engineer
Venteon is currently seeking an experienced EHS Engineer to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in Warsaw, Indiana. The ideal candidates should have a strong breadth of EHS knowledge, and experience developing and delivering training modules.
Requirements of the EHS Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is required. Advanced degree is preferred.
- 5+ years in EHSS training or program management, with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CSP, CHMM, OSHA Outreach Trainer, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of EHSS regulations and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide training initiatives.
