Our store management maintains Ron Jon's high standards of guest service and leadership of team members while maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, operational and facility management.

Minimum Job Requirements :

  • 1yr. management experience
  • 3-5yrs. retail experience
  • Stand and / or move around for extended periods of time.
  • Reach, carry, bend and climb ladders occasionally.
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
