Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience to provide psychiatric care for geriatric patients in nursing homes.

• Assess, diagnose, and manage mental health needs, including medication management and therapy.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure holistic patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with supervising psychiatrists to deliver high-quality mental health services.
• Build trusting relationships with patients to promote recovery and well-being.
