  • About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced
  • Project Manager
  • to lead complex telecommunications and cabling projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of contractual, financial, technical, and operational aspects to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of project requirements, including contractual, financial, technical, schedule, and scope of work.
  • Deliver project profitability while managing margins effectively.
  • Review all contract documents (bid drawings, specifications, contracts, project workbooks, subcontractor scopes, and schedules).
  • Collaborate with Operations and Safety teams to ensure PPE compliance and safety training.
  • Coordinate in-house activities for project execution, including manpower, materials, and safety requirements.
  • Develop and manage project schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication.
  • Forecast and track labor and material costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Invoice promptly to maximize cash flow.
  • Utilize technology and dashboards to monitor productivity.
  • Provide technical assistance to field personnel.
  • Approve material invoices and technician timesheets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Set clear expectations for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Generate and submit change orders up to $250K.
  • Conduct on-site inspections at project start, midpoint, and completion.
  • Prepare closeout documentation, including as-built drawings, cable certification reports, and warranties.
  • Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 7-10 years in construction, preferably telecommunications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for cost tracking and reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage projects up to $1M with annual revenue exceeding $3M.
  • Experience generating quotes for MAC requests and completing change orders independently.
  • Familiarity with industry certifications and manufacturer products is a plus.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $115000.00 / yr.
