We are looking for a Process Control Engineer who is passionate about driving efficiency, safety, and innovation in manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for evaluating and optimizing process control systems, managing capital projects, and implementing new technologies to improve operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry standards, maintaining cost effectiveness, and training teams on new processes.

Key Responsibilities
Perform quality assurance on existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
Evaluate equipment, tools, instruments, and technologies for efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive process control innovation in collaboration with senior leadership.
Recommend and implement automation and software solutions to streamline operations.
Lead capital projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Provide expertise in PLC troubleshooting, process control documentation, and alarm rationalization.
Deliver technical training to teams for new processes and system operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Represent process control interests in safety committees and cross-functional meetings.
Prepare and approve equipment specifications, design documents, and cost estimates.
Support corporate initiatives for technology adoption and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field required.
2+ years of experience in process control engineering within manufacturing (chemical, industrial, or related operations preferred).
Hands-on experience with process control systems such as Allen Bradley PLCs, DeltaV, and other DCS platforms.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
Knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and safety regulations.

Pay Details : $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
