Schedule Day shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Med / Surg Telemetry with a minimum of 18 months of recent experience. The ideal candidate will possess a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license, with required certifications including AHA BLS and ACLS. Candidates must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to starting. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med / Surg Telemetry setting. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Complete necessary assessments and documentation as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE PERMANENT OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND. AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required. Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation.
