Barback - The Lark (Sat-Mon)

Barback - The Lark The Lark Bar is a neighborhood bar with regulars, local sports, and a fine selection of spirits.

Our customers are generally people stopping in after work and those visiting from nearby hotels.

If you are a character and want to be part of a small and close-knit team, a role at The Lark Bar may be for you.  We are looking for persons to join our team as a Bartender.

Most shifts will be between 3 pm and 3 am.

Responsibilities Assist bartenders with daily service Maintain overall bar cleanliness Prepare batches and other cocktail ingredients Wash and organize glassware Retrieve and keep adequate levels of bar stock Clean as part of opening and closing duties Qualifications Previous experience as barback is preffered Must have weekend availability Strong attention to details Able to follow directions Basic math skills or an ability to use a calculator and understand proportions Good interpersonal skills Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler’s Certification and RBS training required 21+ years of age or older Ability to lift 160 lbs. without assistance Benefits Hourly rate SF minimum + tips Company sponsored medical / dental / vision benefits are offered to all qualifying employees Matching 401(k) is offered to qualifying employees Future Bars Group is an at-will, equal-opportunity employer.
