Job Title : Quality Control (QC) Inspector

Job Type : Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Pay : $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

About the Role :

Balance Staffing is currently seeking a Quality Control (QC) Inspector for a manufacturing facility in Stockton, CA. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with quality control experience in a production environment , particularly in rubber or plastics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced with inspection tools and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities :

Inspect rubber products for quality issues, including color, size, texture, and measurements

Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications

Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures

Document inspection results and maintain accurate records

Identify non-conformities and communicate them to the production team

Perform both routine and random inspections during production

Assist in investigations of root causes for defects and suggest corrective actions

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area

Qualifications :

Prior quality control experience in a manufacturing or production environment (rubber / plastics experience preferred)

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Skilled in using measuring tools like tape measures, calipers, and micrometers

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Must pay close attention to detail and follow precise instructions

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
