JOB DESCRIPTION :
Campbell Integrative Psychological Service (CIPS) is a newly formed practice that’s growing. We want to increase access to mental health services and improve outcomes. We are culturally sensitive and equitable, and we focus on diversity. We provide evidence-based psychotherapy in a culturally sensitive manner and treatment is tailored to fit each individual. We are hiring post-doctoral candidates who are empathetic, warm, and willing to work and learn as a team. We provide evidence-based psychotherapy and psychological assessments via a hybrid model (remote and in-person).
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and consultations.
- Diagnose psychological disorders based on DSM-5 criteria.
- Conducts diagnostic interviews.
- Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based and brief therapeutic models.
- Document initial and ongoing psychological interventions.
- Develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and work within a team environment.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and current records of all clinical services rendered, including initial evaluations, progress notes, summary notes, and all other necessary documentation.
- Provide family support and crisis management services as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & CONTRACT :
Ph.D. / PsyD in Clinical / Counseling Psychology.Virginia License eligibility.1099 Contract PositionConsistent referrals with steady scheduling.Administrative support.EPPP / CEU stipend.Job Types : Full-time.
Pay Potential :
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.Fee for serviceSchedule :
Monday through Friday. (Weekend hours are available)Flexible scheduling.Remote Tele-therapy
